Tauseef grew up in a small town in Uttar Pradesh, facing family opposition to his education and real financial hardship. His mother's stitching work kept him in school. In 2006 he moved to Delhi to support his family.
Then came the part nobody puts on a résumé: in the corporate world he was ridiculed for the way he spoke. Management saw a hard worker who could not communicate. His career stalled. He felt rejected, and frustrated, and very quiet.
So he attacked the weakness head-on. Fifteen years later he leads enterprise transformation at a global firm, speaks on TEDx stages, and has trained more than ten thousand professionals to do the same thing he had to do — find the voice that was always there.

What is the Strategic Communication Skills programme, really?

How long is it, and what is the time commitment?
The average duration is 2.5 to 3 months. Exact duration, session timings and practice requirements depend on your current level and how fast you progress. Timings are customisable and designed around a working professional's schedule.
Is there a recorded version I can watch later?
No — and that is deliberate. Every session is live and in person (on video), in groups of 3–4 people, so you speak, get corrected and improve in real time. Communication is a contact sport; you cannot learn it by watching.
